Neurofeedback 101 is an immersive, hands-on weekend training designed for beginners and professionals looking to understand how neurofeedback works and how to apply it in real life. Led by expert instructor Djara Hampton, this course covers EEG fundamentals, equipment guidance, and practical protocols for addressing focus, sleep, mood, anxiety, and performance. Through extensive hands-on practice—including electrode placement and running sessions—participants gain the confidence and clarity needed to begin using neurofeedback safely and effectively.
